I am a former archeologist, current MLIS student, and for 8 years have been an Idaho Librarian/Program Coordinator. I like animals, mountains, bike-riding, reading, enjoying music, creative writing and any excuse to travel. This summer I will combine global learning and libraries, create a blog here and share my impressions of international librarianship.

• Get the official OK from MLIS advisor and Director to apply
• Find some financial assistance to pay for Korea Study Abroad class
• Talk to family and Library Branch Manager about time away from responsibilities
• Apply to program
• Get accepted
