Sometime after the last July log:


I left after this as we had to go to Connie's funeral. I didn't work out for a whole week. Then when I got back
I must have clearly not logged anything. So here goes from what I do remember.

Wednesday 080806: Work day without Patton.

I was feeling lazy and unmotivated after a week of not working out. So

Deadlift:        1x5 at 135.
                 1x5 at 185.
                 1x3 at 225.
                 1x5 at 255. Barely, but I got it out.
Bench:           1x5 at 45.
                 1x5 at 135.
                 1x5 at 155.
                 2x5 at 185. They were okay, but I have seen way better.

Just climbed after this. I'm climbing 5.8's like they are going out of style but haven't tried a 5.9 yet.

Thursday 080807: Climb day without yoga.

I missed yoga, but I did make it to climb for a while with Mike.

Friday 080808: Work day with Patton.

Feeling pretty good today.

Squat:           1x5 at 45.
                 1x5 at 135.
                 1x3 at 165.
                 3x5 at 195.
Bench:           1x5 at 45.
                 1x5 at 135.
                 1x5 at 165.
                 1x4 at 185.
                 2x2 at 185.
Chin-ups:        10-8. I closed off here unlike usual just so I could go climb afterwards.

The gym was closed all weekend so I was pissed and didn't do anything until
Wednesday.


So this is where I decided to go back on the Crossfit workout. I hope I can survive.

Wednesday 080813: Crossfit Total "CFT".

Squat:           Lot of warm up.
                 1x215.
                 1x225.
                 1x235.*********************
Deadlift:        Lot of warm up.
                 1x245.
                 1x275.********************* Decided to call it quits here, I was already tired from squat.
Press:           Lots of warm up.
                 1x115.
                 1x125.*********************
                 1x130-Failed

I was pissed at failing the press with 130 but oh well. Final results-
CFT=235+275+125=635. Which was okay, but I have lots of room for improvement.

I did a fair amount of climbing today. I think I'm going to start a separate log for climbing, because its
just too much for one work log.
