Some .pdb files I've made

It's not hard when so much great software is available.  Check out the Resources page if you are interested in learning how to do this yourself.

These were Isis/Draw sketches from old lab reports, translated to pdb with Web/Lab Viewer:
caffeine
quinine
Albert's ketone
(+) sucrose
 


These pdb's were made from Gaussian 98 chk files, using the newzmat command.  A more practical use of the command is the other way around;  in this case my class was learning to build z-matrices.  Looking at these was reassuring,  and it was fun to get something colorful to go with the thousands of lines of output... kind of like dessert.
