Heather's supa fly Molecules
 A molecular visualizations wonderland

Or a wasteland of experimental debris...
Mostly this page is here for me, lest I lose track of all the different ways I've tried to present molecules in 3D.

My immediate motivation is to perfect my web-presentation project for a Computational Chemistry class at the University of North Texas.  My posse (group 2 aka Tainted by Chemical X) is presenting some biochemical pathways.  I'm doing the Citric Acid Cycle.

Some other stuff:

Some .pdb's I made myself (myself and some brilliant software, that is)

Look at an absolute lack of  IR vibrational frequencies of small molecules.

This lysozome presentation isn't very meaningful.
Content be darned; I'm just learning the mechanics.

Look at some human hormones.

Look at DNA- my first web page (ever!)

If you can't see the molecules presented here, or want to learn to do this yourself, use these freeware resources.
