Succinate Dehydrogenase
 

Succinate is oxidized to fumarate, while FAD is reduced to FADH2

The enzyme is part of the electron tansport chain and is bound in the inner membrane of the mitochondrion.  FAD is bound to a subunit of succinate dehydrogenase.
