LABORATORY EXPERIENCE
Bacterial culture and maintenance of stock cultures, chromosomal and plasmid DNA isolation, polyacrylamide and agarose gel electrophoresis, enzyme assays, protein purification, high performance liquid chromatography, size-exclusion chromatography, electron microscopy, DNA cloning and sequencing, polymerase chain reaction.
